Publishing status
DGF Publishing is the publishing function of DGF & Co Capital Services GmbH. It is not a separate legal entity. Brokerage, advisory and transaction services are provided only by the legal entity expressly identified for the relevant mandate.
Responsibility for mandates
Every Edition names the legal entity, or appointed agent, responsible for the underlying mandate. That statement, and not this page, determines responsibility. A general disclaimer is never used in place of identifying the responsible entity.
Editorial material and formal documentation
Editorial presentation, verified property facts and formal sales documentation are kept distinct. Editorial language never overrides or contradicts the formal dossier; where they differ, the formal documentation prevails. Facts are published only after verification and approval for public use.
Access to Editions
Editions are issued under one of five access conditions: public, direct access, controlled access, private, or completed and archived. Only public Editions appear automatically in Current Editions and in the sitemap. A request for access, documents or a viewing creates no entitlement and no promise that access will be granted.
Archived Editions
An Edition marked completed or archived remains as an editorial record only. It carries no price, availability or transaction prompt, and must not be read as indicating that the mandate remains available.
