About
Editorial form for the wider view.
DGF Publishing is the common editorial and publication platform through which selected property mandates, acquisition opportunities, research and future institutional material may be presented.
Most presentations describe the object immediately in front of them. DGF Publishing considers the structures around it—the ownership, place, capital, culture, risk and direction that determine how it may be understood.
An Edition is an individual publication. Each Edition identifies the entity or appointed agent responsible for the underlying mandate. DGF Publishing is not a broker, an adviser, a property portal or a mandate holder.
The editorial method
Three levels of sight
What is visible
The immediate object: its physical, financial and documented facts.
What matters
The structures beneath the surface: ownership, relationships, condition, history, capital, risk and context.
What may follow
The possible direction: emerging forces, alternative uses, future value drivers, deterioration, optionality and second-order effects.
An Edition does not claim to know the future. It identifies the conditions from which different futures may emerge.
